2026 Shipping Policy
Every Personalized Santa Letter and Nice Certificate is written with care, hand-signed, and prepared for delivery under the watchful eye of our Chief Elf. She inspects each letter before packing it for delivery, ready to bring joy to its recipient, young or grown. The keepsake envelope remains unsealed so the gift-giver can review the letter before adding the gold seal.

If you need to change or add any personalization details after placing your order, please email mona@thesecretscribes.com as soon as possible and include your order number. Please make sure you receive confirmation from us that your changes can be included in time for your scheduled mailing.
Final Order Cutoff
Your order must be received by December 15, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time. No new Santa letter orders will be accepted after this deadline, because we need to allow time for writing and personalization.
Shipping Fee, Packaging & Carrier
Shipping and handling is $10.00 flat rate per order. Each order is packed in a 9x13 white, rigid protective mailer to help it arrive safely and unbent and shipped exclusively via FedEx with tracking. We no longer ship Santa Letter Packages through USPS.
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO military addresses. Please provide a physical U.S. street address at checkout.
International shipping is not available.
Tracking and Delivery
You will receive a tracking number by email on your order’s scheduled mailing date. Tracking updates may begin after FedEx receives and scans your package.
Shipping dates are not arrival dates. Carrier transit begins when your package is handed to FedEx and does not include the time spent waiting for its scheduled mailing.
FedEx Ground generally estimates 2–5 business days within the contiguous United States and 3–7 business days for Alaska and Hawaii, depending on the destination.
Christmas arrival and specific delivery dates are not guaranteed for any shipment. Carrier delays, severe weather, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery. Please order for the December 16 or December 18 mailing only if arrival after Christmas is acceptable to you.
