Yes. Families celebrating Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, Three Kings Day, or other winter traditions are welcome to note this during checkout and let us know what we should change or add to make their child’s letter special.

Orders ship within 4–6 business days, depending on special requests. USPS delivery generally takes 3–10 business days but may take longer as Christmas nears due to higher seasonal volume. You have the option for Priority or Express mail.

All Letter Packages are mailed in rigid, protective, unmarked mailers to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

The Letter Package includes a ribbon to elevate the presentation. For children under 3, we recommend keeping it aside
until you’re ready to share the letter, staying nearby as they open it, and
removing the ribbon afterward.
